I originally bought a used 2009 Honda Civic from Scott Austin. Unbenownst to both of us, the car had some problems that were not apparent of before the sale. Scott did everything in his power to correct all of the problem areas. When I continued to have a problem after they had done extensive corrective work, Scott talked to Sam Reynolds, new car sales manager, about what they could do to make me entirely happy with my purchase experience. Sam offered me a trade to a new, 2010 Honda Civic for the same payments as I had on the used car. Debbie Phillips, business manager, helped me get the extended coverage I needed for the way I drive, and made sure my payments were still affordable. All in all, it was the best car-purchasing experience I have ever had. Scott is very knowledgeable and friendly, and he will go out of his way to make sure the customer is happy with his purchase. Midlands Honda is a great place to buy a used or new car.

I came upon Midland Honda via adds on the internet, they had several used cars in my price range so I decided to drive up from Aiken to take a look. I was greeted as soon as I arrived by smiling friendly faces and was assigned Jaime Benton to take care of me, even though she was working with another client at the time I would never have known it! She was very professional and helpful answering my million questions and helped me drive away that night with the nicest car I have owned!! Thanks Jaime. Proud Lexus owner!

1.Scott A. took my wife and I to Zaxby's while we waited.

2.Midlands worked with us to get us a decent value on our trade-in.

3.The staff we worked with were very hospitable. They made us feel relaxed and at ease.

4.Our overall car-buying experience went well.

5. We were able to get a value on our Highlander that was well-below what Highlanders that age and mileage are normally selling for.

In Midlands Honda I found good car condition, very good price, very helpful team and the customer services is very friendly, with less than one hours I finish test the car and all peper work, I will recommend Midlands Honda to all my friends if they search for car.

Maureen was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful throughout our entire car-buying process. I would recommend her to anyone. The new car that we wanted had been sold by the time we got to the dealer, but Maureen and her sales team worked diligently to get us another one just like the one we wanted. I appreciate her hard work and service.

I bought a new civic this month and traded out my Dodge Durango. My wife and I bought a new Odyssey from Maureen back in April and she got us a great price and found the exact color and build even though they didn't have it on their lot. Even threw in a free oil change to compensate for miles put on the vehicle in transit. She got me a great price on the new Civic as well. She even drove a car to my house so I could check it out because I have a 21 month old and 8 week old and we couldn't leave the house easily. Truly exceptional customer service.

Midlands Honda provided me with a wonderful car leasing experience. Salesperson, Maureen took the time to listen to my needs, work with the finance department, show me the car that fit my needs and not waste my time on vehicles that would not work for me. I really appreciated that. Everyone in the facility was friendly and helpful. I've already recommended the dealership and salesperson, Maureen, to several people and will continue to do so. I'm tickled with my new car!

Claudette was outstanding in helping us find the Honda Fit we wanted. The only negative part of the experience, which was not her fault, was that the dealer prep crew did not get the car ready for the promised pickup time. That caused us some trouble, but Claudette gave a loaner for the day until the prep could be done right. We appreciated the entire experience!
