James Pratt was helpful, patient and professional. He explained their
car buying process thoroughly, and repeated it when I appeared puzzled.
I discussed with Mr. Pratt my budget and the need to stay within it, as
well as my desire to have a dependable car. You see, I am a single
mother with a special needs child, so reliable transportation is very
important to me. Mr. Pratt assisted me in obtaining the best trade-in
value for my car, and obtaining a 2009 Honda that was within my budget.
