24 Hour Toll-Free Emergency Roadside Assistance is available throughout the United States and Canada, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Coverage is provided to any driver of the Covered Vehicle, pre-registered with Road America.
Towing
 When towing is necessary, the Member's disabled Covered Vehicle will be towed to
the issuing dealership up to 150 miles, or to the nearest qualified service facility.
Battery Service/Vehicle Won't Start
If a battery failure occurs, a jump start will be applied to start the Covered Vehicle.
Flat Tire Assistance
Service consists of the removal of the flat tire and its replacement with a spare tire.
Gasoline, Oil, Fluid and Water Delivery Service
An emergency supply of gasoline, oil, fluid and water will be delivered to any
Member in immediate need.
Lock-out Assistance
If a Member's keys are locked inside of their vehicle, the service will provide
assistance in gaining entry to the Covered Vehicle.
Collision Assistance
If a Member is involved in a collision in their Covered Vehicle, towing assistance
will be provided when needed to direct the Covered Vehicle back to the issuing
dealership if possible or to the nearest qualified repair facility.
100% Accessories Reimbursement
We will refund you the price of your accessories for a vehicle you have previously
purchased from us and are now selling back to us.
