I was looking for a good dependable vehichle for a great price. Upon looking on the internet at autofinder.com, I found several used SUV's in my price range alll at one place...I also noticed their pricing was EXTREMELY competative. I call, got Thomas Kemp on the phone and let him know I was an hour away and would be ther shortly. His previous appointment ran over so he had Maureen help me...she showed me several SUV's, and was very informative. However, as I arrived close to closing time, I elected to drive back the following morning. Thomas Kemp directly helped me the next day. With the most friendly, helpful, no-pressure professionalism possible, Thomas Kemp put me in an SUV to suit my need. I left Midlands Honda with a smile on my face, a "new-to-me" vehichle and feeling as if I'd made a wonderful choice in vehichle and Dealership. I HIGHLY recommend Midlands Honda for price, variey and friendly service and definately suggest you ask for Thomas Kemp...you'll leave feeling like you had a fruitful and painless experience as well! This was the best car buying experiance I have ever had. The car was at such a good price that I could not beleive even with it being certified. The car was much cheaper than I could find anywhere new and in better condition. The next car that I go to purchase will be from Midlands Hond. I just hope that Mark is still there by the time I need a new car.

you still have to play the price game(back and forth between dealers)to get a price lower than the 1st quote-when i came to pick the car up my salesman was called to a meeting making my departure more of a hassle than it needed to be-otherwise a friendly and professional experience

Larry Stover is the best salesmanme,or my father has ever dealt with,and believe me,we have dealt with alot of salemen.He made our buying experience very pleasurable,and he went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied!Everybody at Midlands Honda were great,and I would recommend everybody to check them out!Thanks again Larry for the awesome customer service!

My daughter has been saving her money for a year, not easy for a teenager to do. We have been looking for quite some time, not only for something safe, affordable, but of course something pretty. I found this vehicle on the internet and was very pleased. I was terated very well, not rushed, and given the attention that I needed when making this big decision.

Came in for a used car but car was already sold. Was showed a new car and thinking about a new car now. Maureen was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend her to my friends.

We were very happy with the excellent customer service we received both from Chris Alston and Bob Carter when we bought our car. They both were very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. This was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences we've had. Thank you to both from the Woods family.

We drove from Augusta, Georgia to view a car we saw on-line. It was well worth the drive. Mark went above and beyond in providing excellent service. This was our fifth Honda purchase (the first from Midlands) and we drove it off the lot without even taking a test drive! It was the best car purchasing experience we have ever had. We will definitely consider contacting Mark again. Raouf and Karen Abdelhadi

Maureen helped me make an appointment that fit with my work schedule and kept in touch with me more than any other sales representative ANYWHERE, EVER. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and pleasant to be around. I would refer anyone to Midlands Honda; I give it five stars.

My wife and I immigrated from South Africa in mid-March. Since we are Aliens here, we have been unable to get financing from any financial service provier, even the bank i bank with and whom my employer banks with too. There were very impersonal until we met Nancy and Paul at Midlands Honda.
Clearly these people and this organisation have a bit more business savvy. A lot of personal service and entrepeneural flair. The whole sales experience was great, they understood our requirements and constraints, and finally we signed a mutually benefcial deal on the first day we went there. We also love our new Honda Civic we bought!
A big thanks to Randy and his team, in particular Nancy Dodge and Paul Ahn, it has been a great experience for us.
