As one of the most efficient vehicles on the road, the 2013 Honda Fit EV aims to keep costs low while producing zero emissions. Honda is diligently working on a solution however, and they've taken big steps forward, teaming with IBM and PG&E to develop newer, efficient ways to charge an electric car.
